Crayfish have become quite a popular beer snack. You can also cook various delicious dishes from boiled crayfish necks that will diversify your daily menu.

  • - canned green peas 50 g;
  • - cauliflower 1/4 head of cabbage;
  • - lettuce leaves 50 g;
  • - mayonnaise 0.5 cups;
  • - natural yogurt 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - dill;
  • For boiling crayfish:
  • - carrots 5 g;
  • - dill and parsley greens 10 g;
  • - allspice;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add salt, allspice, bay leaves, carrots, dill and crayfish. Cook, covered, for 10-12 minutes. Cancers should turn red completely.

Step 2

Leave them in the broth for 5-10 minutes and cool. From crayfish, separate the neck from the frame, then peel the pulp from the shell.

Step 3

Rinse the lettuce leaves well and divide each leaf into several parts. Place the salad in a heap in the middle of the bowl.

Wash the cucumbers and cut into thin slices. Boil carrots and eggs, peel and chop finely. Place them on top of the cucumbers.

Step 5

Boil the cauliflower and divide into small inflorescences, then add to the salad. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Place the green peas with the tomatoes. Top with natural yogurt and sprinkle with chopped dill.

Step 6
