Step 1
Rinse the chicken legs in running water and then pat dry. Chop chili peppers into small pieces. Let's move on to preparing a spicy marinade.

Crush a few cloves of garlic, add olive oil, lemon juice, hot pepper, salt, chili pepper, liquid honey. Mix all components well.

Pour the chicken legs with the previously prepared marinade, refrigerate for an hour and a half.

Rinse and chop the tomatoes. Chop the onions into large rings. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, put chicken legs on it, on top - tomatoes and onions.

Sprinkle all ingredients with olive oil, place in a preheated 200oC oven and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Pour the marinade over the dish every 10 minutes.

Add the rosemary and sage sprigs 10 minutes before cooking. Bombay chicken is ready and you can serve it on the table as an independent dish or along with any side dish.
