Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces. Onions and bell peppers - rings. Chop the garlic finely. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Chop the carrots into strips. Boil the mushrooms.

Heat the cauldron on the stove and pour some vegetable oil into it. Fry the pork on it until golden brown. Then salt and season with spices. From spices, you can choose black pepper, curry, cumin, turmeric, adjika, paprika.
Step 3
Add onions to the meat, and after 5-7 minutes add bell peppers, carrots, garlic and mushrooms. When the vegetables are slightly softened, send the potatoes to the cauldron. Pour boiled water over everything so that it barely covers the vegetables.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and place the cauldron in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 20-30 minutes, turn off the oven, remove the roast from it. Let the dish brew for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the roast with a salad of fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes or radishes. In winter, such a salad will successfully replace sauerkraut or pickled cucumbers. Sprinkle fresh herbs on each serving of a fragrant treat. For example, chopped dill, parsley, young green onions, or jusai.
