Chocolate mousse is a delicious, light dessert. Already one aroma of chocolate evokes positive emotions and awakens the appetite, but here chocolate is combined with pistachios, cognac and chili pepper - the aroma turns out to be magical!
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 250 ml of whipped cream;
- - 140 g of dark chocolate;
- - 100 g of white chocolate;
- - 85 g of ground pistachios;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, brandy;
- - half a teaspoon of ground chili pepper;
- - any jam to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the dark and white chocolate into small pieces and melt together in a water bath. Stir the liquid chocolate thoroughly, remove from heat, cool slightly.
Step 2
Beat the egg yolks and sugar separately, in another container - only the whites.
Step 3
Add melted chocolate to the yolks, stir until smooth. Then add chili and chopped pistachios there. Pour in cognac, stir.
Step 4
Mix the chocolate with the whipped cream until you get a smooth consistency again. Now add the proteins, mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Put the chocolate mousse in one large cup or portioned bowls, cover with plastic foil, and set in the refrigerator for three hours.
Step 6
Before serving, you can sprinkle the finished mousse with grated white chocolate. Decorate the center of each bowl with jam or jam of your choice.
