Reducing sugar intake

The more sugar in the product, the more it will be noted in the composition closer to the top of the list of ingredients.

  • Try to choose sugar-free foods.
  • Remove foods that you want to give up from your eyes.
  • Avoid juices, soda, and energy drinks.
  • Drink sugar-free tea and coffee. Reduce the amount of sugar in your drinks gradually.
  • Don't skip breakfast. A healthy breakfast can be whole grain cereal. But it is better to refuse ready-made breakfasts. Muesli and cereals, which are usually passed off as a healthy diet, are high in sugar.
