A romantic dinner is an event in a relationship between a man and a woman. It requires special preparation - creating an atmosphere, selection of festive dishes, but easy to prepare. Such a dinner should be satisfying and, at the same time, light on the stomach. An elegant tablecloth, dim light, candles, flowers - all these are attributes of a romantic evening. What should be served on the table? Make Caprese Salad, Fish with Orange Sauce, and Bird's Milk Dessert.

It is necessary

  • For the Caprese salad:
  • - 5 tomatoes;
  • - 200 g mozzarella cheese;
  • - a bunch of green basil;
  • - vegetable or olive oil.
  • For fish with orange sauce:
  • - 500 g halibut fillet;
  • - 1 glass of orange juice;
  • - 100 g cream;
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - salt.
  • For the "Bird's milk" dessert:
  • - 1, 5 tablespoons of gelatin;
  • - 4 tablespoons of boiled water;
  • - 4 squirrels;
  • - 1 glass of powdered sugar;
  • - citric acid on the tip of a knife.

Instructions

Step 1

Make a salad. Cut 5 ripe tomatoes into wedges. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Chop the basil.

Put the tomatoes and basil in a salad bowl and stir. Sprinkle them with cheese cubes, season with olive oil. Garnish the salad with herbs.

To prepare fish with orange sauce, take 500 g of halibut fillet, rinse well under cold water and dry.

Place the dishes with gelatin in a water bath and heat, stirring, until the crystals are completely dissolved. Cool the gelatin.

Beat 4 egg whites with 1 cup icing sugar until stiff white foam.
