The first brownie I tried turned out to be terribly dry and not at all as chocolatey as expected, so for quite some time I didn't take this dessert seriously … Until I tried this recipe that completely won me over!
It is necessary
- - 25 g flour;
- - 85 g of dark chocolate;
- - 80 g of butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 0.5 tbsp. cocoa powder;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. rum;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - a handful of dried fruits soaked in rum, if desired and to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
If using dried fruit, soak it in alcohol overnight before preparing the dessert.
Step 2
Mix the chocolate with butter in a water bath, bring to homogeneity and set aside so that the mixture cools a little. In a separate bowl, lightly shake the eggs with vanilla and regular sugar.
Step 3
Mix flour with cocoa and a pinch of salt. Pour over the beaten egg. Then, in small portions, kneading, add a mixture of butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth and add the soaked dried fruits.
Step 4
Line a small form with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it. The layer height should be about 5 - 6 cm. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Dessert is ready if a third of the mass inside the mold wiggles slightly. Cool in the form and send for at least 5 hours in the cold. Let stand at room temperature for half an hour before serving.
