Many are accustomed to the fact that he is prepared exclusively from fish. He is a very tasty dish and a great appetizer that can be put on a festive table. In addition, he is a healthy dish, since, in addition to fish, it contains such healthy vegetables as carrots and onions. However, he can also be made from chicken using this recipe.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 800 g;
- - fresh carrots - 4 pcs;
- - onions - 4 small heads;
- - table vinegar - 10 tbsp. spoons;
- - seasoning for Korean carrots - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - vegetable oil - about 150 g;
- - ground black pepper - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a napkin. Cut the fillets into thin slices.
Step 2
Wash and peel the carrots, grate. It is advisable to use a special Korean carrot grater. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings.
Step 3
Heat the pan well, pour vegetable oil into it. Add pepper and carrot spices to the heated oil. Two minutes after adding the spices, add the carrots, onions and chicken fillets to the pan and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 4
Simmer the heh over low heat for about five minutes, then add vinegar to the pan and salt the dish to your liking.
Step 5
Keep the dish on moderate heat for about five minutes and turn it off. Transfer heh to a salad bowl and cool. Cover the dish with a lid and refrigerate to steep and cool.
