Chicken Hye is a Korean dish. For cooking in the original, raw chicken breast is used, but since this is dangerous, it is better to take boiled one. It is worth noting that the taste is not lost from this at all, but only acquires new shades.

Step 1
The chicken breast must be boiled and allowed to cool (this can be done in advance). Cut the chicken breast into strips into pieces. Also cut the pepper into strips, it should be the same size as the chicken, the onion can be cut into half rings.

Next, you should prepare the dressing. Stir the vegetable oil and vinegar thoroughly and put in a frying pan over the fire. Not forgetting to stir, add Korean seasoning for carrots, if necessary, then salt and pepper.

Bring the resulting mixture to a boil. After boiling, add tomato paste and stir until it is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and pour over chicken and vegetables. Before serving the dish, it is necessary to infuse so that the chicken is soaked.
