It is necessary
- - pork - 500 g;
- - potatoes - 150 g;
- - raisins - 60 g;
- - butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - chicken broth - 1 glass;
- - one pear;
- - tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - three cloves of garlic;
- - lavrushka, ground ginger, salt, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, cut into slices, fry in butter.
Step 2
Cut the pork into thin slices and fry too. Put the meat in a small pot, followed by potatoes, add tomato paste, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add chopped garlic, bay leaf to the meat, sprinkle with ground ginger, cover with chicken broth. Simmer in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 4
Then add pieces of pear with raisins, simmer until all the ingredients are ready. Serve the dish directly in the pots. Bon Appetit!
