A delicious and healthy dinner is easy to prepare. Fillet of fish under a fur coat is a lifesaver for a busy housewife. The dish does not require special knowledge in cooking, it is prepared from simple products that many have in the refrigerator. It turns out incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 500 grams of fish fillet,
- - 500 grams of potatoes,
- - 200 grams of carrots,
- - 200 grams of onions,
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry the fish fillets, put in a mold. You can take any fish fillet. Pepper to taste, drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, if desired, you can cut into thin rings. Place the carrots on top of the fillet.
Step 3
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and brush the resulting sauce on the carrots on the fish. Leave half of the sauce.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. If you wish, you can do without potatoes, but you will need to prepare a side dish separately.
Step 5
Place the potato slices on the grated carrots, add a little salt and pepper.
Step 6
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Place the onion on top of the potato layer. Brush with the second half of the sauce.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 8
Place the fish dish under a fur coat in the oven for 50 minutes. Bake the potatoes until cooked through. If you want to cook a dish without potatoes, then baking will take about half an hour. Serve the finished dish in portions with fresh vegetable salad.
