Instructions

Step 1

In fact, there are many sweet creams that do not contain animal products such as eggs, butter, cream, and milk.

Some of them don't even need heat treatment. Such creams are also suitable for those people who adhere to a raw food diet - a food system that excludes the possibility of thermal processing of products.

Step 2

Cashew nut cream. Preparing such a cream is very simple. You will need the following ingredients: cashew nuts (200 g), water (150 ml), Jerusalem artichoke syrup or stevia or agave syrup (to taste), cocoa butter or coconut butter (1 tablespoon). In order for the cream to be tender, the nuts must be soaked in advance. Pour cold water over cashews and leave for at least three hours. Drain the water. Wipe the nuts with a blender, adding water. Beat with melted butter and sweeten with syrup. The sweet cashew nut cake cream has a delicate creamy taste.

Step 3

You can also make date cake cream. This requires only two ingredients: dates and water. Pitted dates (10 pieces) are poured with water (100 ml) and whipped with an immersion blender until creamy. The cream turns out to be very sweet, delicate, airy.

Step 4

Orange sauce can be used as a cream for cakes and pastries during the fast. This sauce is prepared on the basis of orange juice with the addition of starch and sugar. The juice of two oranges is mixed with two teaspoons of sugar, two teaspoons of starch, heated over low heat to a boil, with constant stirring. The finished sauce will be thick and transparent, with a bright orange color.

Step 5

By the same principle, you can make custard from any fruit and berry juices. There are many options: cherry, cranberry, apple, etc. If you want the cream to be fatter, you can add melted cocoa butter or coconut oil, then beat the custard.
