    • 2 tbsp semolina;
    • 3 tbsp Sahara;
    • 1 can of canned fruit;
    • coconut flakes.

Step 1

Sift flour through a sieve 2-3 times. Then combine it in a small deep saucepan with baking powder and sugar. Next, very carefully pour in the vegetable oil, water and mix everything well.

Peel and core the washed apples, cut into small cubes. Chop the nuts thoroughly. Add them to the dough, mix everything thoroughly again and knead the dough. It should be slightly thicker than sour cream.

Step 3

If your dough is too thick, add a little boiled warm water to it and knead again. After that, leave it to lie in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Grease two baking dishes with vegetable or ghee and spread the dough equally in them. Send them to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes and bake the cakes until tender.

After the time has elapsed, remove the molds from the oven, remove the cakes from them and let them cool for about half an hour.

At this time, prepare a delicious cream for the cake. Pour juice into a small saucepan, add sugar and semolina. After that, put the mixture on medium heat, wait for it to boil, and cook for 15 minutes.
