Muffins with canned peaches and chocolate
Great baked goods are made with canned fruit filling, for which take the following ingredients:
- 200 g of butter;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tsp cocoa;
- 1, 5 tsp baking powder;
- 300 g flour;
- 300 g of peaches;
- 100 g of dark chocolate;
- 50 g of any ground nuts.
Pound butter with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy mass, add an egg to it and stir. Combine the butter mixture with flour and baking powder and stir well. Divide the finished muffin dough into two, add cocoa powder to one.
Fill the greased molds by a third with the chocolate dough, then put the canned peaches, cut into cubes, on top of it, pour the usual dough on top. Place the muffins in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes. Pour the finished muffins with chocolate melted in a water bath and sprinkle with ground nuts.
Peach and Cinnamon Muffins
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 tbsp. wheat flour;
- 1 tbsp. whole grain flour;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- a pinch of salt;
- 100 g of butter;
- 200 g of sugar;
- 2 fresh peaches;
- cinnamon to taste;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp. kefir;
- icing sugar.
Peel the peaches, free them from the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Then combine both flours with baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Next, you need to beat the butter with sugar to get a fluffy mass, add an egg to it and mix everything well. Gently add kefir to the oil mixture and stir well again.
After that, you need to mix the dry mixture with the oil mixture in one cup, and then add the peaches there. Then pour the muffin dough into oiled molds and send them to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for half an hour. Ready muffins should be cooled, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served.
