Instructions

Step 1

Pit the peaches for the filling and cut into medium cubes. Grind nuts for sprinkling with a food processor into small crumbs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line the muffin molds with special cuffs (or just grease with oil if you are not baking in silicone).

Step 2

Whip the cream with powdered sugar until peaks and remove for a while in the cold. In the meantime, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and fluffy.

Step 3
