It only takes 40 minutes - 20 minutes to prepare the ingredients and the same amount for baking. The muffins are slightly moist by adding juicy apples and carrots to the dough.

- - zest of half an orange
- - 150 g vegetable oil
- - 180 g sugar
- - 10 g baking powder
- - 240 g flour

Wash the apples. Clean them up. Cut each into quarters.
