Step 1
Soak mushrooms in cold water for 2 hours. Rinse thoroughly and chop finely into small, even pieces. Wash and peel the onions. Cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry, stirring constantly, until the mushrooms begin to shrink. The total mass of mushrooms should be reduced by almost half, the mushrooms should be slightly fried.
