- garlic - 2 cloves;

- hard cheese - 120 g;
- raw rice - 1 cup;
- mushrooms - 350 g;

Step 1
Take your time to bake the chicken right away, first prepare all the ingredients. Peel the garlic cloves and run them through a press. In a bowl, combine garlic, mayonnaise and black pepper.

Liberally grease the chicken carcass, washed in water and dried with paper towels. Then rub the peel on top with the ground spices.
