- - 50 g butter;
- - 40 g of corn starch;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa, vanillin;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of semolina;
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- - a little salt.
- Caramelized berries:
- - 100 g lingonberries;
- - 50 ml of apple or grape juice;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - almond petals.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a large container of water on the bottom of the oven. Insert paper cutters into muffin molds.
Step 2
Beat butter at room temperature with sugar, add chicken eggs, continue beating. Add cottage cheese, semolina, starch, vanillin, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Step 3
Transfer a third of the mass to a separate bowl, mix until smooth with cocoa powder. Divide into molds. Put a light-colored curd mass on top, put in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, leave in tins for 10 minutes, then place on a serving dish.
Step 4
Melt sugar in a ladle, add juice, put lingonberries, let it boil, remove from the stove, cool. Garnish ready-made cakes with caramelized berries and almond petals. You can serve cottage cheese cakes with lingonberries for tea.
