If this curd casserole is left in the refrigerator overnight, it will acquire a greater density by morning, becoming even tastier, so it is recommended to cook it in the evening for breakfast. Raisins add sweetness to baked goods, but you can do without it, then the casserole will turn out with sourness thanks to lingonberries.
