If this curd casserole is left in the refrigerator overnight, it will acquire a greater density by morning, becoming even tastier, so it is recommended to cook it in the evening for breakfast. Raisins add sweetness to baked goods, but you can do without it, then the casserole will turn out with sourness thanks to lingonberries.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 500 g of fatty cottage cheese;
- - 3 egg whites;
- - 4 st. spoons of wheat flour, sugar;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of vanilla sugar, baking powder;
- - butter, raisins.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Whisk the sugar and egg whites in a small bowl. No yolks are required for this casserole.
Step 2
Wipe the curd through a fine sieve. Mix the grated cottage cheese with flour or semolina (your choice), add vanilla sugar and baking powder, mix again.
Step 3
Rinse the raisins with lingonberries, add to the flour mixture, fill everything with whipped whites, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 4
Coat a refractory dish with a piece of butter, gently pour the curd mixture into it.
Step 5
Cook the lingonberry casserole at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. A golden crust should form.
Step 6
Serve chilled or hot prepared cottage cheese casserole with homemade cream or sour cream. Also, the casserole can be poured with any jam or syrup of your choice, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
