For tea, cocoa, coffee or any other similar drink, sometimes you really want something sweet, for example, cookies. Naturally, cookies can be purchased at any store, but if you want to enjoy not only a tasty product, but also a healthy one, then prepare cookies at home using nuts as a basis.

Walnut Cookie Recipe

You will need:

- 200 grams of butter;

- 200 grams of wheat flour;

- three yolks of a chicken egg;

- a glass of walnuts (peeled);

- 150 grams of sand;

- a tablespoon of brandy or rum;

- a pinch of vanillin;

- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (slaked vinegar).

Chop the walnuts with a knife.

Mix butter with sugar, vanilla and cognac, grind everything until smooth.

Add egg yolks and nuts to the creamy mass and mix everything thoroughly.

Mix flour with baking soda and combine it with the previously prepared mass. Knead the dough.

Cover a baking sheet with oiled baking paper, spoon small balls of dough on it and gently crush them to make "cakes". Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes. The oven temperature is 200 degrees.

How to make flour-free nut cookies

You will need:

- 100 grams of almonds;

- 100 grams of hazelnuts:

- 50-60 grams of dark chocolate;

- one egg;

- a tablespoon of powdered sugar;

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;

- a pinch of vanillin;

- a tablespoon of cognac.

Grind hazelnuts and almonds in any way convenient for you. Grate the chilled chocolate. Mix chocolate and nuts in a deep bowl.

Beat the egg with powdered sugar until stable peaks, then transfer the resulting mass to the chocolate-nut mixture, add the rest of the ingredients (cognac, baking powder, vanillin) and mix gently.

Form small balls from the resulting pliable dough, then press them with your palms, thereby turning them into "cakes". Place the pieces on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Chocolate nut cookies are ready.

It is worth noting that nut cookies are a fairly high-calorie dessert, so people who are watching their figure should not get carried away with them.
