Lazy dumplings are similar in taste to the most common homemade dumplings, but the preparation is radically different.
Ingredients:
- Fatty part of pork - 150 g;
- Beef - 200 g;
- Carrots - 3 pcs;
- Wheat flour of the highest grade - 350 g;
- Milk - 150 ml;
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml;
- Onions - 3 heads;
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs;
- Garlic - 4 cloves;
- Fresh loaf - 3 pieces;
- Ground black pepper and salt.
Preparation:
- Peel all garlic, wash well and pass through the finest grater. Break the loaf slices into a bowl and pour in a little milk.
- Wash both types of meat in cold water, divide everything into medium-sized pieces, then put them in a meat grinder and skip. Add salt, loaf, garlic and pepper to the minced meat.
- Pour flour into a deepened container, dig a small hole in the middle, pour broken eggs, the remaining milk, a little salt. Knead all the components until a dough of uniform consistency, which must subsequently be left in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Peel all onions, wash and chop finely. Wash the carrots, peel them, pass through a coarse grater. Put carrots and onions in one container, mix well.
- Roll out the finished layer from the finished dough, on top of which put a little minced meat, and then chopped vegetables.
- Carefully roll the workpiece into a roll, carefully wrap the corners so that the filling does not spill out.
- Put a frying pan on the fire, pour the required amount of vegetable oil into it, heat it up. Gently transfer the finished dumpling to the pan, immediately pour over it with lukewarm water and add a little more to the bottom of the dish.
- Pepper the rest of the mixture of carrots and onions, salt and send to the dumplings. Simmer the dish with the lid closed for about 25 minutes.
