The main ingredients of pizza are thin dough, olive oil, cheese and tomatoes.
It is necessary

- - 500 g flour;
- - 1 tsp yeast;
- - 1 glass of boiled warm water;
- - 2 tbsp. olive oils;
- - salt to taste.
- For filling:
- - 1 pack of mozzarella;
- - 2 tbsp. tomato paste;
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 1 sweet pepper;
- - 1 onion head;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 1 head of garlic;
- - condiments;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
First, mix yeast, flour and salt. In a separate bowl, mix water and oil. Combine the liquid with the flour mixture and knead the dough. We put it on the table and knead for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a bowl and pour olive oil over it. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it brew for half an hour until the dough rises.
Step 3
After the dough has risen, knead it again for 5-10 minutes. Roll out the dough into a thin circle, put it on a baking sheet. We fill with the filling.
Step 4
To prepare the filling, cut the peppers, tomatoes and mazzarella into small pieces. Fold them into a mold, add olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. We bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees.
Step 5
Lubricate the base with tomato paste, put vegetables and mozzarella on top. Bake again in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Step 6
Decorate the finished pizza with herbs and serve.
