The fish pie is incredibly easy to make and tastes delicious. The pie can be given to children to school as lunch, because they will love it very much.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of fish (fresh or canned);
- - 1 onion;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 50 ml. milk;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - 300 g flour;
- - a pinch of baking soda;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips, add salt. Peel and chop the onion. To prevent the onion from being felt in the pie, scald it with boiling water for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
If you are using canned fish, be sure to drain the water. If you chose fresh fish, then peel it and remove the bones.
Step 3
Beat eggs with milk and sour cream with a mixer or whisk. Add salt and baking soda. Do not forget to extinguish the soda with lemon juice. While whisking, add flour. The consistency should be like liquid sour cream.
Step 4
Put the future pie in a greased form in the following sequence: potatoes, onions, fish. Pour it all over with dough and bake in the oven. You need to cook this cake until golden brown.
