Step 1
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 ° C. Line a 30x20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.

Free the pitted cherries and mix with 2 teaspoons of flour.

Melt the butter in a water bath. Use a mixer on medium speed to mix well the melted butter, vanilla extract and sugar. Add flour and salt. Stir with a mixer again.

Place the dough in a baking dish and bake for about 18 minutes, until a slightly golden crust appears.

Now prepare the filling. Cut 220 g butter into pieces, place in a bowl and put on fire. Keep the butter over medium heat until the chunks are melted and bubbles appear. Remove from heat, let cool.
