Anthill cake, made from cottage cheese with the addition of cookies, turns out to be incredibly tender, tasty and very healthy. There is nothing complicated in its preparation, and as a result you will get an amazing dessert, which will surely please adults and children.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg of fresh cottage cheese;
  • 200 g butter;
  • dry biscuits "Napoleon" - 300 g;
  • condensed milk - 250 g;
  • coconut flakes or walnuts.

Preparation:

  1. First, you need to grind the cookies. To do this, they are broken by hand into pieces of not very large size.
  2. Next, you will need to prepare a cream from cottage cheese. To do this, you need a mixer and a deep bowl. First, pour the condensed milk into the dishes and put the softened butter. It takes time for the oil to become soft, so it must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, at least 2-3 hours (if it was in the freezer). Then, using a mixer or whisk, beat these ingredients.
  3. Cottage cheese must be twisted a couple of times in a meat grinder or rubbed through a sieve so that all the lumps disappear. After that, cottage cheese should be added to the whipped mass in small portions. It should be borne in mind that the final consistency of the cream should be of medium density.
  4. When the cream is ready, you need to gradually add the cookies prepared in advance into it. Please note that it must be completely saturated with condensed milk. Everything mixes well.
  5. Then you will need a dish wide enough to start shaping the cake. It should be laid out in the form of an anthill, that is, a kind of slide should turn out. "Anthill", if desired, can be decorated by sprinkling with chopped walnuts. You can also use coconut flakes for this purpose.
  6. After the formation of the cake is completed, it should be placed in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then the dessert can be served to the table, after having cut it into not very large pieces.
