Rice dessert is a delicious treat made from rice. This mildly sweet dessert is the final finishing touch to your dinner.

- - Round rice - 70-80 g
- - Milk - 600 ml
- - Fat cream - 150 ml
- - Vanilla - 1/2 stick.
- - Egg white - 1 pc.
- - Fine-grained sugar - 1 tsp.
- For the sauce for the rice dessert:
- - Black currant - 100 g
- - Plums - 100 g
- - Icing sugar - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice well. Pour milk into a saucepan and add washed rice with a vanilla stick.
Step 2
Bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil. Then reduce heat and cover. Cook over low heat for 35 minutes.

Remove the vanilla stick, transfer the cooked rice to the saucer. Add sugar. Mix everything well and cool.
Step 4
Preparing the sauce for rice dessert. Put plums and currants in a saucepan. Pour in 4 tablespoons of water, put the saucepan over low heat and simmer until the fruit is tender.
Step 5
Rub the resulting mass through a sieve. Pour the resulting puree back into the saucepan and cook until the sauce becomes thick. Add the glaze, mix everything well and refrigerate.
Step 6
Whisk the cream and egg whites separately from each other until they are firm. Stir everything gently into the rice. Arrange the rice in small saucers. Put the sauce on top and serve.
