It is necessary

  • - milk 2, 5% - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - canned apricots - 4 pcs.;
  • - apricot syrup - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground cinnamon - a pinch;
  • - almonds - 2 tbsp. l.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a stable foam, mash the yolks with sugar. Combine whites with yolks, add milk, stir.

Step 2

Grind apricots (2 pieces) with a blender until puree. Add cinnamon and apricot syrup. Cut the remaining apricots into thin slices.

Step 3

Grind the almonds with a blender until finely crumbled. Fry in a skillet without oil.

Step 4

Fry the omelet in vegetable oil from the egg mass until half cooked (you only need to fry one side of the omelet). Then put the sliced apricots on one half of the omelet, with the apricot puree and fried almonds on top. Gently cover the apricots and puree with the other half of the omelet. Put the omelet in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
