Step 1
First, we separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat butter, sugar and yolks with a mixer or whisk. peel the bananas, crush them with a fork.

Add lemon juice, mix with pre-whipped yolks. You can also use a mixer or whisk for mixing. While stirring continuously, add pineapple juice and breadcrumbs to the mixed mass.

Pour everything into a greased baking dish, preheat the oven to 220 g and set the pudding to bake for 30-40 minutes.
