This recipe makes a delicate and tasty cake with a vanilla flavor. The delicacy is prepared quickly, in some ways it even resembles a cheesecake, but with a more airy texture. Vanilla sour cream can be served for breakfast, afternoon tea, and even for a holiday.
It is necessary
- - 400 g sour cream;
- - 300 g flour;
- - 200 g of butter;
- - a glass of sugar;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 2 g vanillin;
- - 1, 5 tsp baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oil in the freezer first, then rub it on a large grater.
Step 2
Add 1 egg, half a glass of sugar to the grated butter. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Knead the shortbread dough with your hands, roll it into a ball.

Take a split form, grease with butter.

Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick, transfer it gently into the mold. Distribute on it, make the sides high enough - for this cake, the sides are very important! The cake is tall, the filling will rise during baking, so the sides need to be at least 7 cm high.
Step 5
Whisk the sour cream with 4 eggs, vanilla and sugar for a smooth cream filling. Pour it over the dough, the sides should be higher than the filling.
Step 6
Bake the vanilla sour cream at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Then it is advisable to chill the dessert for 3 hours in the refrigerator - this will make the cake tastier.
