- - milk powder - 30 g;
- - sugar - 80 g;

- - dry yeast 5 g or fresh 15 g.

Step 1
We start with yeast. They need to be poured with a small amount of lukewarm milk and left for 10-20 minutes in a warm place so that they give a hat.
Step 2
Sift flour and mix with sugar, salt, milk powder. Pour milk, an egg into the deepening of the flour mixture, after beating it, sour cream, yeast. Knead the dough, if it sticks a lot to your hands, you can add a little flour, but do not overdo it. The dough should stick slightly to the edges of the bowl and will be very pleasant to work with once it comes up.
Step 3
Put the bowl with the dough in a warm place for 1, 5-2 hours. After that, you can sculpt pies. This dough can be kneaded in the bread maker following the instructions for your model (dough mode).
