It is necessary

  • • 600 g fresh frozen pike perch fillet (you can use fresh);
  • • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • • 10 potato tubers;
  • • olive oil;
  • • seasonings for fish;
  • • 1 red hot pepper;
  • • 1 large onion head;
  • • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

If you are not using fresh fish, but frozen, then in this case it must be defrosted first. It is recommended to do this at room temperature.

Step 2

After the pike perch thaws, it will need to be thoroughly rinsed and dried with paper towels or napkins. Prepared fish should be cut into sufficiently large portions.

Step 3

Put the fish in a deep cup and add spices and soy sauce. Mix everything well and leave for at least 30 minutes, so that the pike perch has time to marinate well.

Step 4

You will need a baking sheet that is large enough to bake. Its bottom must be covered with food foil, which will need to be rolled up in several layers. The foil must be thoroughly smeared with vegetable oil.

Step 5

In a prepared baking sheet, you need to lay the pickled pike perch in an even layer. Sprinkle a little olive oil on the fish. Remove the husk from the onion and rinse it in cold water. After that, with a sharp knife, the onion should be cut into not very thick rings and evenly distributed over the fish.

Step 6

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The pike perch should be baked for about 30 minutes.

Step 7

You will also need to prepare a side dish. Remove the skins from the potato tubers and rinse thoroughly in water. After that, the potatoes should be cut into not very thick slices.

Step 8

Put some foil in a baking sheet, grease it with oil and put the potatoes in an even layer. Sprinkle a little oil on it and sprinkle with salt. Bake the potatoes in the oven for a third of an hour.

Step 9

Serve the finished pike perch hot with a side dish, and you can also put fresh vegetables on the plate.
