You can cook a lot of different dishes from pumpkin, but the pie with the addition of condensed milk turns out to be especially tasty. Such a cake is prepared quickly and easily, but it turns out to be very tender.
Ingredients:
- 250 g wheat flour;
- 1 egg for the dough, and 2 for making the filling;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 125 g cow oil;
- 450 g pumpkin;
- ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg - to taste;
- salt.
Preparation:
- First, you need to make the pie dough. To do this, you need a deep cup. Frozen cow butter must be chopped with a grater and placed in a cup. Then, pre-sifted wheat flour and salt must be poured into the same container. Then, using a fork, you should knead everything well.
- After that, you need to break a chicken egg into the dough and knead it in the most thorough way. Form the finished dough into a ball and cover it with a napkin.
- While the dough is resting, you need to make the pumpkin pie filling. The pumpkin must be thoroughly washed, peeled and cut into not very large pieces, which should be folded into a saucepan and filled with water. Next, the pumpkin must be sent to a hot stove, where it must be cooked until fully cooked.
- After the pumpkin is ready, it should be taken out of the water, allowed to cool and mashed.
- Separate the yolks from the protein and pour them into the pumpkin puree. Then pour the condensed milk into the same container. Mix all these ingredients well.
- After that, pour all the necessary spices into the resulting filling and mix everything thoroughly again.
- Place the whites in the refrigerator and, after they have cooled, beat them well to form a fluffy foam. Then gently mix this protein foam with the pumpkin filling.
- Prepare a baking dish. To do this, cover its bottom with special paper or carefully grease it with oil. After that, the dough should be rolled out into a thin layer and placed in a mold, not forgetting to make the sides.
- Then pour the filling into the mold and put the cake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. After a third of an hour, the cake should be taken out for 5-7 minutes, and then placed back in the oven. Then it is baked at 170 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
