Greek salad is loved by many not only for its delicious taste, but also for its speed and ease of preparation. This salad, prepared with the addition of Chinese cabbage, turns out to be extremely tasty and very healthy.
Ingredients:
- 250 g feta cheese (or analogs);
- 5 ripe tomatoes;
- 20 olives;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 350 g of Chinese cabbage;
- olive oil;
- 3 fresh cucumbers;
- 1 red onion;
- ½ part lemon;
- dried oregano, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- First, prepare the Chinese cabbage. To do this, it is thoroughly washed in running water and cut into medium-sized cubes or shredded (at your request).
- Then you need to thoroughly rinse the cucumbers and cut the stalks. Next, cut the cucumbers lengthwise into 2 pieces, and then cut into "half moons" of medium thickness.
- Wash and chop the tomatoes. To do this, they are cut into slices or medium-sized pieces.
- In sweet pepper, the testis with the peduncle is removed, after which it is thoroughly washed. Then it is cut into strips or medium-sized squares.
- The husk must be removed from the onion, and it must be thoroughly rinsed in cold water. After the onion is cut into not very thick half rings.
- Greens must be thoroughly rinsed in running water and dried. Only then can it be finely chopped with a sharp knife.
- Squeeze all the juice from the lemon into a separate bowl.
- Remove seeds from previously washed and dried olives.
- Then you can proceed to the direct preparation of the salad. To do this, mix all the above ingredients in a deep cup. They are dressed with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Also, don't forget to season the salad with pepper and salt and add some dried oregano. Mix everything thoroughly and garnish the dish with cheese, which has been broken into pieces. The dish is served hot.
