Cut carrots and sweet peppers into strips, onions into rings and, together with carrots, peppers, beans, adding ginger and garlic, fry in butter from meat.
Step 6
Add meat to vegetables and cook, shaking the pan from time to time, about 5 minutes. Season the dish with soy sauce and spices to taste.
