Step 1
Shrimp with cheese can be cooked in 10 minutes. Defrost the shrimp in the microwave or throw them into boiling water and after a minute or two, discard in a colander. Pat dry with a paper towel. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the shrimp until golden brown. Cut the cheese into cubes or triangles. Place the fried shrimp on each of them and pierce them with a wooden skewer or toothpick. The appetizer is ready

Make spicy almonds. First, pour boiling water over the nuts, drain it and remove the bitter skin. Combine butter and olive oil in a skillet and fry the almonds in it until golden brown. Stir all the spices and roll the finished nuts in them, after removing them from the pan with a slotted spoon. You can use it almost immediately

There are many recipes for cheese balls. One of the most beautiful looks like this. Boil hard boiled eggs. Rub the cheese and cooled eggs on a fine grater. Use a press to crush a clove of garlic. Mix everything and add a little mayonnaise so that the mass does not spread. Form balls from it and roll in chopped greens. This appetizer can be made in different colors. The balls will be red if you roll them in paprika; yellow if using sesame seeds. Imagine, and you will find your unique version. By the way, you can insert nut kernels inside them

Crispy and fragrant bread is made in the oven. Cut the loaf into slices. For a spicy pouring using a press, chop the peeled garlic, add all the spices to it, cover with vegetable oil and stir. Pour over the sliced loaf. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the baking sheet with the prepared bread there for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. Control the process so as not to overcook the croutons. The cooking time greatly depends on the size of the pieces, and on their initial softness, and on your desire.
