In general, carbonara is a pasta with a sauce of cream, cheese, eggs and bacon. In Italy, carbonara is cooked with spaghetti, but you can experiment and take a different type of pasta.
It is necessary
- - Spaghetti or fettuccine - 400 g
- - Bacon - 200 g
- - Cream - 500 g
- - Egg yolk - 4 pcs
- - Bulb onions - 100 g
- - Parmesan cheese - 100 g
Instructions
Step 1
We boil our fettuccines. You can add a tablespoon of olive oil to keep them from sticking together. We merge.
Step 2
Cut the onion into cubes and the bacon into strips.
Step 3
Fry bacon and onions in olive oil for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the cream into a saucepan and beat out 4 yolks. Beat with a whisk. Bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 5
After our cream has boiled, add bacon and onions there. Pepper and salt. If you wish, you can also add the seasoning "Provencal herbs" and savory. This gives a great scent.
Step 6
Add our pasta to the sauce. Let it boil again.
Step 7
Garnish with fresh herbs and whole egg yolk before serving.
