    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
    • 4 tablespoons sour cream;
    • 150 g margarine;
    • 9 tablespoons of flour;
    • 300 g of cottage cheese;

Instructions

Step 1

Orange curd pie

Prepare the filling. To do this, mix 250 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 0.5 cups of granulated sugar until smooth.

Wash 1 orange well. Rub it on a grater along with the peel, while picking out the seeds.

Mix the curd filling with the orange paste.

Prepare the dough. Pour 2 cups of flour and 0.5 cups of sugar into a deep bowl. Mix everything.

Grind flour, granulated sugar and margarine until you get a homogeneous crumb. Divide the whole crumb into 2 pieces.
