  • - 50 g of mayonnaise;
  • - 100 g sour cream;
  • - 4 things. a clove of garlic;
  • - 100 g of green onions;
  • - 50 g of vegetable oil;
  • - 4 things. medium tomatoes;
  • - salt and black pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare such a cake, you will need one medium zucchini weighing about a kilogram or several small ones. The main thing is to take small and not overripe zucchini. Mature zucchini have a thicker skin and tough seeds, in such a cake they will spoil the taste. If the zucchini has a thick and hard skin, peel it with a sharp knife before cooking.

Step 2

Wash the zucchini well in warm water, rub the skin with the hard side of a dish sponge. Cut off the ends. Grate the rest of the zucchini on a coarse grater and transfer to a deep bowl. Let stand for a while, and then squeeze the juice out of it.

Sift flour into a bowl to the zucchini, add salt and black pepper, mix a little and add chicken eggs. Mix the resulting dough thoroughly. In a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil, bake several pancakes from the resulting mass. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Rub the garlic and processed cheese on a fine grater. Rinse the green onions, dry and chop finely, add to the cheese with garlic. Add sour cream and mayonnaise and stir in the sauce. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Place the pancake on a plate, brush the sauce over the tomatoes and repeat until the ingredients run out.
