Pear pie is appreciated in many countries around the world. There are a huge number of different variations in the preparation of these baked goods. The pear pie made in the French style is very tasty and aromatic. Baked pears, lush protein cream and, of course, cinnamon complement each other perfectly in baked goods. By the way, such a cake is baked quite quickly, so it is very easy to cook it at home.

Pear is a very healthy fruit. In addition to the fact that it contains a huge amount of vitamins and minerals, it is known for certain that the pulp of the pear is much better digested by the human body than the pulp of the apple.

To make a pear pie, you will need: 3 pears, 50 grams of butter, 50 milliliters of milk, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 1 gram of baking soda, 1 chicken egg, 2 grams of ground cinnamon, 30 grams of almonds, 1 cup of wheat flour, 2 tablespoons tablespoons of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.

For a delicious and flavorful pear pie, take a medium bowl and combine wheat flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt in it. Next, add softened butter to the ingredients and mix the dough thoroughly until smooth. Use a blender or food processor for convenience. Knead the sticky mass into a ball, and then roll it into a cake.

Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with vegetable oil. After that, put the dough cake in the form, make a base with sides for the pie. Cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate. At this time, prepare a tender filling for baking.

In a small bowl, separate the egg white from the yolk. Add powdered sugar to the protein and beat the ingredients until thick foam. Take almonds and grind them with a coffee grinder or rolling pin. Add chopped nuts to the protein foam, then add milk to the ingredients in the required amount, mix thoroughly. Set the cream aside.

Take pears, rinse them under cold running water and pat dry. Peel the fruit, remove the core and seeds from the peeled pears. Then cut the pears into thin slices. To prevent the peeled and sliced fruits from darkening, pour the required amount of lemon juice over them.

Remove the dough pan from the refrigerator. Pour the protein cream inside the dough base, and put the chopped pears on top. Sprinkle the fruit with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the pie pan in it and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. You can serve the finished pear pie both hot and cold.

Almost all pear pies are baked by analogy with apple pies, so if there are no pears at home, feel free to take alternative fruits, the rest of the ingredients in the recipe will not change from this.

For a more tart pear pie, add 2 teaspoons of cognac or rum to the protein cream.
