  • - 2 tbsp. flour;
  • - onion;
  • - 100 g of white bread;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - salt and black pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Make a dough for the fish pancakes. To do this, wash the catfish, separate the fillets from the ridge and bones, it is better to cut the skin, it is very thick and rough. Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with onions, garlic and white bread. Moreover, you do not need to soak the bread. From catfish fish, a liquid mince is obtained, so it is enough to pass slices of bread through a meat grinder, alternating with pieces of fish, so that it becomes soaked.

Step 2

Salt the minced meat, pepper, add eggs, semolina and flour. Stir to make a fish pancake mass. It shouldn't be thick, so adjust the amount of flour per eye.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Take the fish pancake dough with a tablespoon and spread it in the butter, flattening it into flat cakes. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Put ready-made fish pancakes on a plate, garnish with vegetables and herbs. They can also be served with mashed potatoes.
