  • - garlic - 4 cloves;
  • - honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • - soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • - granular mustard - 1 tablespoon;
  • - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • - black pepper and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel vegetables. Scald tomatoes with boiling water and peel. Chop the carrots into strips, cut the pepper and onion into half rings, the pineapple pieces into small cubes, and the peeled tomatoes into large slices.

Step 2

Wash the chicken drumsticks under running cold water, dry the meat, salt and season with black pepper. Heat vegetable oil over high heat and fry the drumsticks in it until golden brown.

Put the shins in the mold. Pass the garlic cloves through a press and sprinkle on the chicken.

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, save the carrots in it until soft, then add the onions, tomato slices and bell peppers. Simmer vegetables for about 7 minutes. At the very end, add sliced pineapples, honey, sauce, mustard. Pepper and salt everything. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes.
