Pickled cucumbers are not only an independent snack, they also go well with other products, giving them a unique and original taste. Beef meat is no exception. The recipe described uses a cucumber cut into large enough strips, making it the main filling in a tender, soft stew.
It is necessary
- - beef for chops 1 kg;
- - beef for broth 280 g;
- - onions 3 pcs;
- - lard 60 g;
- - pickled cucumber 80 g;
- - flour 10 g;
- - salt;
- - spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut a piece of beef across the grain into pieces of medium thickness. Beat well and sprinkle with spices.

Chop the bacon into thin slices, cut two onions in the form of rings, cut the pickled cucumbers lengthwise into long strips.

In the middle of each chop, place a block of bacon, a ring of onion on it, put the cucumber last and roll the meat into a roll.

Boil meat broth from 250 grams of beef or lean pork.

Cut the remaining onion into cubes. Place in a deep frying pan and lightly fry with butter. Then put the zrazy on the onion, pour the liquid from the meat broth. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the beef chops are cooked through.
