Pink salmon is a dietary product. It is good in any form: salted and fried, baked in mayonnaise and dough, stuffed and boiled. Thanks to its high protein content, this fish is very nutritious. Stuff the pink salmon with mushrooms and cheese, or season with salt. In any case, you will receive a delicious dish for the festive table.

It is necessary

    • 1 pink salmon carcass;
    • half a lemon;
    • salt;
    • pepper;
    • 150 g of mushrooms;
    • 1 onion;
    • 150 g of cheese;
    • vegetable oil;
    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • or
    • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar;
    • 2 teaspoons of salt
    • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper;
    • vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a medium-sized pink salmon carcass. Clean it, gut it, cut off its head, tail and fins. Carefully try to remove the bones from the pink salmon without damaging the skin on the back. Rinse the fish under cold running water and pat dry.

Step 2

Sprinkle the prepared fish fillets with lemon juice, lightly salt and pepper.

Finely chop 150 g of boiled mushrooms. Peel and chop 1 onion. Saute the onions and mushrooms until tender, using a little vegetable oil.

Grate 150 g of cheese on a fine grater. Combine cheese with sautéed mushrooms and onions.

Place the filling on one half of the fish fillet in an even layer. Cover the filling with the other fillet half.

Place the stuffed fish on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Top the pink salmon evenly with mayonnaise and garnish with lemon wedges.

Place a baking sheet of stuffed pink salmon in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown.

Cut the finished pink salmon into portions and place on a plate. For a side dish for such fish, prepare boiled rice or mashed potatoes.

For salting pink salmon fillets, mix 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar with 2 teaspoons of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper.

Cut the pink salmon fillet into thin slices. It is more convenient to do this if the fillet is slightly frozen.
