- - 100 g margarine

Step 1
Pour yeast into kefir, let stand, so that foam forms on the surface. Sift flour.

Beat eggs a little, pour into flour, add melted margarine, sugar, salt. Knead the dough, it should be soft and tender. Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Roll out a circle from the dough, cut into triangles. Put the filling on the wide end, roll up in the shape of a bagel.

Bake until tender; baking time depends on the oven. Sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar.
