  • - baking powder - 10 g.
  • For the cream:

  • - cream - 400 ml;
  • - butter - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the eggs lightly with a whisk or mixer. Then, continuing to beat, pour in the condensed milk. It is not necessary to whip much, a slight increase in volume and the formation of a light airy foam is enough.

Step 2

Add the sifted flour little by little, stirring the dough with a spoon until smooth. Add baking powder. It can be replaced with a teaspoon of soda slaked with vinegar. You should get a semi-liquid dough with a creamy consistency.

We put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. On a sheet of parchment, draw a circle with a diameter of 20-25 cm (you can circle the plate), turn it over and distribute 1-2 tablespoons of dough on the back side, evenly covering the entire area of the circle. You should get a thin "pancake" of the dough. We put the sheet on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 5-10 minutes - until a golden hue appears. Then bake the rest of the cakes in the same way. We spread the hot cakes separately and let them cool to room temperature.

For the cream, take softened butter. Beat it with a mixer, then pour in the condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Beat the cream until a persistent foam forms. Then we combine with butter and condensed milk and carefully mix with a wooden or silicone spatula. You should get a fairly persistent, but delicate and airy cream. It is better to take cream with 30-35% fat content.

Step 5

We form a cake from cooled cakes, smearing each of them with cream. Trim the edges if necessary to make the cake neat. On the sides and on top, we also grease it with cream, and then decorate with crushed nuts, fruits, coconut or chocolate chips. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for several hours.
