How to make garlic and cheese sauce
You will need:
- 100 grams of hard cheese;
- five cloves of garlic;
- 50 grams of olive oil;
- the yolk of one egg;
- 10 almond kernels.
Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
In a separate bowl, mash the almond kernels (almonds can be substituted for pistachios). Mash the yolk until white.
Pour the butter into a bowl, add the crushed yolk to it first, then the almonds, cheese and garlic. Mix everything thoroughly, close the lid tightly and refrigerate for 15 minutes so that the sauce is saturated with the garlic aroma.

How to make garlic and sour cream sauce
You will need:
- five cloves of garlic;
- 150 grams of fat sour cream;
- a tablespoon of olive oil;
- a tablespoon of lemon juice;
- a small bunch of parsley, dill and basil.
Peel the garlic, chop it, then place it in a mortar and crush.
Chop the herbs, cover them with olive oil, let stand for a few minutes, then add lemon juice.
In a blender bowl, combine sour cream, herbs and garlic, turn on the blender for one minute (medium speed). Transfer the prepared sauce to a bowl, cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
