Quick Apple Pie

The cake baked according to this recipe turns out to be very lush and has a delicate taste. Serve with warm custard or melted vanilla ice cream.

You will need:

- 6 medium sized apples;

- 1 glass of wheat flour;

- 4 eggs;

- 1 cup of sugar;

- a pinch of vanillin;

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;

- butter for lubrication;

- powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Vanillin can be substituted with vanilla sugar or essence.

Prepare your apples. Wash and dry them, then remove the skin and core. Cut the fruit into small cubes or thin slices, put them in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.

Beat the eggs with a mixer, then add sugar and vanillin to them. Continue whisking until the sugar is completely dissolved. Sift the flour and add portionwise to the egg mixture. Knead a light dough.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. Spread the sliced apples in an even layer on the bottom and cover them with dough. Shake the pan lightly to distribute the food evenly.

Turn on the bake mode and cook the cake for 55-60 minutes. Remove the baking pan, cool the pie and turn it over onto a serving platter. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top of the finished product. Serve cold or warm.

Sand pie with apples

In a slow cooker, you can make a delicious apple pie on a thin layer of shortcrust pastry, flavored with sweet sour cream.

You will need:

- 1 kg of sweet and sour apples;

- 1, 5 glasses of wheat flour;

- 100 ml sour cream;

- 150 g creamy margarine;

- 1 teaspoon baking powder.

For the cream:

- 2 eggs;

- 1 glass of sour cream;

- 1 cup of sugar;

- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;

- a pinch of vanillin.

Melt the margarine - it's convenient to use in the microwave. Sift flour, mix it with baking powder and add to margarine along with sour cream. Notice the dough that is not cool, put it in a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

Prepare a cream by mixing sour cream with sugar until it is completely dissolved. Add eggs, vanillin and flour and beat until smooth. The cream will turn out to be quite liquid. Peel, core and cut the apples into very thin slices - this is convenient to do with a vegetable knife.

For baking, use ripe and juicy apples, they will make the cake tastier.

Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil, put the dough on the bottom, spreading it over the shape with your fingers. Make bumpers by bending them onto the sides of the bowl. Put apples on top of the dough and cover them with cream. Set the baking mode. The pie should be cooked for 90 minutes, that is, one and a half standard multicooker cycles.

Cool the finished cake in a baking dish and carefully place it on a plate. Serve it warm or cold, after cutting it into pieces.
