It is necessary

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough

Add salt, margarine (pre-melted), sour cream to 1 glass of flour, mix. Then add the baking soda and the rest of the flour 1, 5-2 cups. Knead a soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for one hour.

Step 2

For the filling, chop the peeled potatoes and onions, chicken, meat very finely. Mix everything, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll one out 0.5 centimeters thick and put it on the bottom of a form greased with vegetable oil, lifting the sides. Put the bay leaf, all the filling and the pieces of butter into the dough pan. Roll out the second piece of dough thinner, cover the filling, pinch the edges. In the center, cut a hole the size of a five-ruble coin. Form a ball from the rest of the dough and cover this hole.

Step 4

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C until golden brown. Then cover with foil and bake for another 40 minutes. Remove the zur-belish from the oven, open the hole, pour in the chicken broth, close. Cover with foil again and bake for 2-2.5 hours at 150 ° C.
