Adjika is a fragrant and pungent condiment usually made from paprika, garlic, and herbs. But adjika from plums will turn out to be very unusual. Such an interesting sauce will ideally be combined with any meat dishes.
It is necessary
- - 2 kg of plums;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 200 g of garlic;
- - 4 red hot peppers;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste.
Instructions
Step 1
First rinse the cans with the baking soda. Then sterilize the jars and lids in any way convenient for you.
Step 2
Rinse the plum, peel each of them.
Step 3
Rinse the hot pepper, cut off the tails. Peel the garlic. Mince the garlic, plum and hot pepper through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Add salt and tomato paste to this mass. Stir, put on fire, cook adjika plum for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Spread the finished adjika in sterilized jars. Roll up the cans with a seaming key. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket until the adjika cools down.
Step 6
After cooking, adjika is immediately ready for use. Such a workpiece can be stored for a very long time in a dry, dark place.
